" THE PURCHASE AND DELIVERY OF CW-5000-BASIC SPLITTERMACHINE WITH
PLATFORMS FOR THE MACHINE AND EQUIPMENT INSTALLATION (INCLUDING TRAINING)

2.7  The release of tender documents will be held on 08 march 2011  Tender at the Organizer's office at Zamiejska 12 in Szczecin from 8.00 to 16.00 and on the website www.cellcofibers.com
2.8  The project is financed by the European Regional Development Fund and the State Budget under the Regional Operational Program of Western Region for the years 2007 - 2013 Project Title: The introduction of innovative technology of manufacturing passive optoelectronic components Co-financing agreement no.: UDA-RPZP.01.01.03-32-054/10-00

 §3 DATE AND PLACE OF TENDER:

 §4 DOCUMENTS REQUIRED IN A BIND:

Each Bidder is obliged to submit the following documents:
1) A bid according to the sample in Annex 1 to the RFB.
2) A declaration according to the sample in Annex 2 to the RFB,
3) Current record from the company registration files and people authorised to represent
the company,
4) Technical description of the offered goods. The offered goods must fulfil all
requirements of the RFB,
5) Detailed conditions of equipment guarantee,
6) The master agreement from Annex 3 to the RFB initialled by authorised person(s).
Initialling the master agreement shall mean the Bidder accepts its content and declares
the will to conclude it. No initialled agreement or introduction of any changes in its
content may result in the rejection of the bid as incomparable with other bids.
